Classic American pale ale. This craft ale is balanced with four kettle hop additions to a near IPA quality. One of the few beers finished through whole leaf hops lending a nice fresh earthy aromas 

Unibroue

Hailing from Quebec Canada, these beers are brewed with an age old process similar to Méthode Champenoise giving their "Belgian-style" ales uniqueness.

Blanche de Chambly - 5% abv 6.00
Canadian wheat and pale barley malts make up this lightly fruity, spicy and citrusy beer. Meant to be a throwback beer - how far back? Think of what people in the Middle Ages were drinkin' and this was probably their style.

Don De Dieu - 9% abv 6.00
Smooth, rich, and creamy; slightly sweet with a warming mix of strength and fullbodied flavour, delicately spiced.

La Fin Du Monde - 9% abv 6.00

Trappist Ales

In order to be called 'Trappist' the beers are made in a brewery controlled and occupied by Benedictine Monks.

Chimay, Grand Reserve (750 ml) - 9% abv 14.50
This beer offers fresh yeast with a light, flowery rose touch, revealing a light but pleasant hint of roasted malt.

Rochefort 8 - 9.2% abv 9.50
Dark brown colored body with a off white head a nice fruity aroma a nice fruity caramel taste and a nice average bitter fruity alcoholic finish. - 100 pts RB

Rochefort 10 - 11.2% abv 11.00
Aroma isn't particularly strong, but very good with lots of dark fruits. Taste is more of the same with some cola and chocolate rounding it out. - 100 pts RB

Delirium Tremens - 8.5% abv 7.00

Stella Artois - 5% abv 4.50
Grainy malts quickly followed by a light yet persistent hop bite.

Duvel, Golden Ale - 8.5% abv 6.00
Bottle conditioned. Combines Pilsner malts, Bohemian hops, and a unique yeast strain to create an intensely aromatic and beguiling ale.

Leffe, Blonde - 6.6% abv 5.75
Fruity - peach and golden apple notes with a light peppery spice. A light herbal hop presence keeps a decent balance.

Blanche De Bruxelles- 4.5% abv 4.50
Natural spice aromas of coriander and bitter orange peels. Take a sip and appreciate the fresh and mellow flavor with its hint of orange. It is really not like any other beer.

Bourgogne de Flanders, Belgian Brown Ale 7.00
Sweet and tart with raisin, and cherry flavors on top of oak.

Foret, Saison Ale (750 ml) - 7.5% abv 11.75
Organic; Originally brewed for farm hands as a reward for a season of hard work. Recognizable yeast character, a fruit palate with a dry finish. - 96 pts. RB

Hoegaarden - 5% abv 5.50
Naturally cloudy and shimmering, Hoegaarden is a surprising beer with a heritage dating back to 1445. A smooth beer with spicy nose of orange peel and coriander. A preferred thirst quencher.

La Chouffe, Golden Ale - 8% abv 7.00
An unfiltered blonde beer, which is re-fermented in the bottle as well as in the keg. Pleasantly fruity, spiced with coriander, and finishes with a light hop taste.

The Mc Chouffe (750 ml) - 9% abv 12.00
The Mc CHOUFFE is an unfiltered dark beer, which is re-fermented in the bottle. Behind its fruity flavour a slight hint of bitterness may be found.
